Joining the Foundation is one of the best choices you can make for your young athlete. Not only will they be receiving coaching from the area's top coaching staff; they will also be involved in something that will change their lives forever.
Many alumni reminisce about their years on the Foundation and they all say the same thing, "Those were the best times of my childhood." Athletes will forever remember their coaches, friends, and competitions. The Foundation will secure their lifelong commitment to the love of snowsports.
In addition to making outstanding athletes, we are also dedicated to creating strong individuals who are positive influences and members of their communities.
Our program is a non-profit organization. Our goal is to provide athletes with the leadership and training they need to be the best. We spend a lot of time fundraising, and having fun! The cost of our programs is offset with fundraising efforts like the Kinder Kup and our operations are funded by our annual Ski & Snowboard Swap.
The Foundation is dedicated to providing the opportunity for every young athlete to pursue their dream of snowsports. We offer a scholarship program available to all of our athletes with applications due by September 30th each year. These awards are funded by events such as the annual Winter Welcome and Grapes & Gates. Awards are based on need, grades, and an essay. Recipients can receive up to 60% of their tuition. The Foundation has also created a scholarship in the memory of Emily Clothier to be awarded each season to a J1/2/3 alpine athlete; which is funded by our annual Emily Clothier Memorial Far West Finals in April.
