Registration Packet

Thanks for your interest in joining the Heavenly Ski and Snowboard Foundation. Below you will find all the necessary information to register. If you need help or have any questions please contact the Foundation office at 530.541.7354 or e-mail aimix@heavenlyfoundationteam.org.

Pay in full by November 1, 2011 to avoid a $100 tuition increase!

Please follow the below steps for a smooth registration!

Step 1: Print or download and complete the appropriate Registration Packet for your athlete and review the HSSF Tuition Refund Policy:




Step 2: Please submit completed Registration Packets by email with credit card payment information to aimix@heavenlyfoundationteam.org, in person during business hours, by appointment, or by mail to:

Please note there is a $100 tuition increase if payment is not received in full prior to November 1, 2011.



Step 3: If you will be participating in the 2011/2012 Tuition Payment Plan please print or download this form 
and submit with your athlete's Registration Packet along with your first payment by check or credit card 
information for automatic payments.


Step 4: If you are applying for a scholarship for the 2011/2012 season applications are due September 30, 2011.



Step 5: If you would like to schedule an administrative meeting or have any questions or concerns please contact the Foundation office at 530.541.7354 or e-mail aimix@heavenlyfoundationteam.org to make an appointment.


Step 6: You may purchase your athlete's Foundation Team Pass at the Heavenly Pass Office the day AFTER their tuition is paid in full to the Foundation, NO EXCEPTIONS.


Step 7: Your Head Coach will contact you with your teams' orientation details.
